Tell us a little about yourself.
I am Marko Pejčić, born in Pirot, and I am a final-year student at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Niš. I am always inspired by innovation and the people around me.
Why did you choose to work in this field?
As a child, I wanted to be an engineer because I loved understanding how things work. Today, I use that curiosity in the call center to find solutions and help the people who reach out to us.
What motivates you?
I am motivated by the goals I set for myself and the support of the people around me.
What was your first impression of the team?
My first impression was “great team” – I immediately felt the positive atmosphere.
What have you learned from working here?
I have learned communication and patience, and I’ve realized how important it is to really listen to the client.
When do you feel the proudest?
I feel the proudest when I see that our work has improved someone’s life, and when a client sincerely says “thank you” from the heart.
What does helping someone mean to you?
Helping someone means giving hope and showing that there is a solution.
Do you have a memory of a client that left an impression on you?
Yes, I remember a client who was confused and worried. After our help, they managed to achieve everything they wanted and wrote to me: “You changed my life.”
What makes the office special in your opinion?
We are special because of our human approach and how we treat our clients.
How do you see yourself in the future?
I see myself as an experienced specialist and engineer.
What does “teamwork” mean to you?
To me, teamwork = shared success.
What brings you the most joy in your daily work?
I enjoy morning coffee with colleagues and the little moments of fun the most.
How would you describe yourself in three words?
Dedicated, team-oriented, optimistic.

The jokes from colleagues and the funny moments during our daily work.
