"I love what I do. Every single day."
Tell us a little about yourself – where are you from, what are you studying/have you studied, and what inspires you?
I graduated in digital marketing, and before starting at Balkan Migration, I worked at a digital agency in Sofia. I was a project manager and participated in campaigns for clients such as Nissan, Adidas, EVA Magazine, Dimitar Berbatov, Cif, and many more. What inspires me is that every communication can change someone's path – that with the right message, we can give hope, confidence, and choice.
As a child, what did you dream of becoming?
I wanted to be a lawyer. Later, I realized I'm too emotional for that profession – everything goes through my heart. But today, I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be – at the border between law and communication.
What makes you smile in the morning?
The first thing that makes me smile is my husband and my children. Then comes the thought of the job I adore.
"The firm is not an office to me – it's a cause."
How did you end up at Balkan Migration?
My story with the firm is very personal. Balkan Migration wasn't just a new work opportunity – it was a path I took with a lot of emotion and responsibility. From the very beginning, I was close to its creation. I observed every step of its development, the dreams and the challenges. At one point I just knew – I wanted to be part of something that has heart, value, and meaning. For me, this is not just a job – it's a personal project into which I pour myself every day.
What did you learn at the firm?
I learned patience. Understanding. And that not every powerful ad is a good ad – what matters is that it's the right one for the client.
When did you feel proud to be part of the team?
Every day. Honestly. Seeing the team grow, the clients placing their trust in us, and the results we achieve – this is a pride that never stops.
"My work has meaning because it changes lives."
What does it mean to you to help people through your work?
This is not just work. This is my personal mission – to inform, to support, to open doors. The world is full of opportunities, and for me, it's an honor to help someone discover them.
Is there a case that especially touched you?
From over 1,700 clients – each one leaves a mark. What touches me most are the moments of gratitude, sometimes unexpected. When a client cries from happiness or says, "I wouldn't have made it without you," I realize why we do all of this.
What makes our firm different?
We are a boutique law firm – we don't just offer a service, but an experience, care, and dedication. We've been working for 9 years. Every client becomes part of our family. We treat each person individually, with respect and professionalism. We've built a name, trust, and reputation that cannot be bought – they are earned every single day.
"I dream big – for the entire Balkans."
Where do you see yourself in five years?
I dream of Balkan Migration becoming recognized not only in Serbia but across the whole region. I want the marketing department to grow, to be even more flexible, bolder, and hungrier for results.
What would you like to improve in yourself?
To be calmer, less self-critical. To believe more that things happen at the right time.
What have you learned about teamwork?
That the atmosphere means everything. When there's trust, understanding, and smiles – success follows.
